RC Security Technologies International (RC Security) serves as an operating and incubation vehicle for selected early-stage hard-tech initiatives before they are validated and spun out into dedicated venture entities. The company provides a practical structure for early concept development, ecosystem engagement, advisor access, and initial venture formation under the Radziwill Capital platform.

Originally launched in the early 2000s as a high-yield investment initiative focused on technology, industrial manufacturing, and critical infrastructure, RC Security was later repositioned under Radziwill Capital’s umbrella during the firm’s 2017–2021 consolidation phase.

Today, RC Security combines its incubation role with a closed asset platform, maintaining yield-focused positions accumulated through prior capital rotations. These assets support financial agility and provide resilience alongside Radziwill Capital’s longer-horizon venture-building strategy.

RC Security does not accept new outside investors.
